PERSONAL INFORMATION - ENQUIRY, REGISTRATION, ORDER & ACCOUNT FORMS

  1. Completion of forms are requests by you for further information about our products, services, or prices, or are registrations of your details for the ordering process. The information you provide on the form will be used this purpose. Enquiry and account forms also subscribe you to our mailing list and an opt-out option is provided. We do not pass on your details to third parties.
  2. When you use our website services, and fill out any forms including complete or partially complete order forms, you are agreeing to your personal details being used for marketing and emails from us, and for the purpose of site improvements.
  3. In the event we sell some or all of BuyEcoGreen  (a division of Mehta pty ltd) or any assets forming part of our business, or are otherwise involved in a merger or joint venture involving all or part of our business, you agree that we may transfer to the other party(s) involved in the transaction or joint venture, your personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to other parties as part of any due diligence process in connection with transactions, mergers or ventures of this nature, or in connection with the sale of shares in our company, Mehta Pty Ltd.

IP ADDRESSES

We use IP addresses in order to assess website statistics, administer the site and gather information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

You will from time to time receive information on good and services, or offers that we believe will be of interest to you. If you would like to not receive this information, you may opt-out at any time.

Correction and Removal of Information

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

When you use your credit card with us you can be assured that your credit card details are protected. PayPal uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that all your information is safely encrypted when it is transmitted. The https verification info in the address bar or the padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of your screen shows the payment pages that are protected by the secure connection. We do not receive or store any credit card details once your transaction is completed via PayPal. Offline payment methods including offline credit card payments, direct deposits and cheques are even more secure.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy. If we do so, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice of the changes by sending email to users who requested such a notification. We provide this advance notification so that you will have the opportunity to choose as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner.
